Chauffeured transport to the 1926 landmark on Anastasia Avenue — gala guests brought in for a ballroom evening, delegates moved to the Conference Center of the Americas, and golfers delivered for a round on the Donald Ross course.
Aura Palm Limo provides chauffeured car service to The Biltmore Hotel at 1200 Anastasia Avenue in Coral Gables, Florida — the Mediterranean-style hotel that opened in January 1926, is a National Historic Landmark, and holds galas, conferences and celebrations across more than 75,000 square feet of meeting and function space in the hotel and the neighbouring Conference Center of the Americas, beside an 18-hole Donald Ross golf course. Aura Palm is an independent chauffeur service and has no affiliation with the hotel or the City of Coral Gables, which owns the property; it handles the getting there — banquet guests collected from other hotels, conference delegates moved between sessions and dinners, and visitors met at the airport. Miami International (MIA) is the nearest airline airport, and bookings for Coral Gables and all of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties are taken any hour on +1 (786) 574-3081.
Every class is operated in house. Pick one and we will quote it for your night at the Biltmore.

1 / 7
The Biltmore stands on Anastasia Avenue among the quiet residential streets of Coral Gables, and for most events the people attending are not sleeping under its roof. A charity gala or an awards dinner in one of its three ballrooms draws guests from homes across the Gables, from Brickell towers and from hotels on Miami Beach, which is exactly the situation where a timed group vehicle beats a line of separate cars: a mini-bus or coach collects at two or three agreed points, arrives in a single drop at the hotel entrance, and holds until the last speech is done. Conferences work differently, because the program may split between the hotel itself and the adjacent Conference Center of the Americas, and attendees often have a dinner booked elsewhere in Miami after the final session. Golf is a third pattern — a sedan or SUV for a twosome or a foursome with clubs, arriving for a tee time on the Ross course and collected when the round ends. Visitors flying in are met at Miami International and brought down through the Gables to the front door.
How the night is booked
Biltmore transport is priced from the guest list, the pickup points and the length of the event, never from a fixed rate card. A couple for a ballroom evening rides in a sedan; a conference delegation or a gala drawn from several hotels goes by mini-bus or coach, with the vehicle held until the program ends. Requests are answered at any hour.
Yes — Aura Palm Limo carries gala guests, conference delegates, golfers and hotel visitors to and from The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.
The Biltmore Hotel is at 1200 Anastasia Avenue, Coral Gables, FL 33134.
The Biltmore opened in January 1926 and is today a National Historic Landmark owned by the City of Coral Gables.
A mini-bus or coach can collect guests at several Miami or Miami Beach hotels and set them down at the Biltmore together before the program starts.
Delegates staying elsewhere can be shuttled to the Conference Center of the Americas on the Biltmore grounds and taken back after the day’s sessions.
A sedan or SUV is matched to the number of players and bags and drops the group for its round on the 18-hole Donald Ross course.
Miami International (MIA), a short drive north of Coral Gables, is the closest airline airport to the Biltmore.
No — Aura Palm Limo operates independently of The Biltmore Hotel and the City of Coral Gables, and is reserved directly by the guest or event planner.
Reserve two to three weeks ahead for a wedding, four to six weeks for a peak-season gala or conference, and 24 to 48 hours for a single airport transfer.
Yes — Aura Palm dispatches 24 hours a day, so a ride home after a ballroom evening that ends well past midnight is routine.
The Biltmore was designed by Schultze and Weaver for Coral Gables founder George Merrick and hotelier John McEntee Bowman, and it opened in January 1926 with a 315-foot tower modelled on the Giralda of Seville. Its history is unusually layered: the building served as a military hospital from 1942 and later as a Veterans Administration hospital, passed to the City of Coral Gables in 1973, and reopened as a hotel in 1987 after a full restoration. That pedigree is a large part of why galas, award dinners and milestone celebrations choose it, and why so many of the people attending travel in from elsewhere rather than staying the night.
The hotel counts more than 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor function space, split between the main building and the Conference Center of the Americas next door, with three ballrooms, two amphitheaters and functions of up to 1,000 people. A program that big rarely keeps everyone in rooms on site, so the useful transport is a set of timed runs: delegates brought in each morning from hotels in Brickell or downtown, moved out to a dinner on the final night, and returned to the airport when the meeting closes. An Executive Sprinter suits a speaker group; a mini-bus or coach suits the general delegation.
Beside the hotel runs an 18-hole, par-71 course first laid out by Donald Ross in 1925, which brings its own steady flow of twosomes and foursomes with clubs to carry. Many of those players, like many conference speakers and gala guests, begin at Miami International, a short drive north, where the flight is tracked and the chauffeur waits for the real arrival time. A returning group can request the same chauffeur. Reservations are taken at +1 (786) 574-3081 or [email protected], at any hour of the day.
