Festival rides are quoted for the visit you plan, whether a drop-and-collect or a car held for the afternoon. Collectors who expect to buy should mention it so the right vehicle comes with space to spare. Club and community trips from Broward or Palm Beach are best reserved several weeks out, since the show lands on a holiday weekend in the busiest part of the season.
The Coconut Grove Arts Festival is a daytime show laid out along the bayfront streets of the Grove, so the challenge is a neighbourhood full of visitors rather than a stadium gate. The festival occupies the roads where people would normally drive and park, and the organizers point people using transit toward the Coconut Grove Metrorail station. A chauffeured car sets a visitor down at an agreed point near the festival edge and comes back when called, so a long afternoon of browsing does not end with a walk back to a distant garage. The other difference is what people carry home: a buyer who commits to a painting or a framed print needs a vehicle with space and a driver who waits, not a rideshare that arrives without room. Art clubs, museum-member outings and condominium social committees travel well in a Jet or Executive Sprinter, and the largest tours fit a 23- or 40-seat mini-bus. Out-of-town collectors usually start at Miami International.
From a home, a hotel or MIA, timed to arrive soon after the festival opens for the day.
Set down at an agreed point near the festival edge on the bayfront, with no garage to find.
The car waits nearby or stands by for your call, with patience built in for an unhurried afternoon.
Picked up with any artwork you bought loaded carefully for the drive home.

Aura Palm Limo provides chauffeured transportation for the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, the outdoor art show held every Presidents’ Day weekend along McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive beside Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Coconut Grove; the 63rd annual edition runs February 13–15, 2027. The festival is presented by the Coconut Grove Arts and Historical Association, and Aura Palm — a private car and coach company — has no connection with the association or the show; it handles the rides in and out for a collector browsing the booths, an art club or residents’ group on a day trip, and visitors flying into Miami International (MIA). Bookings are taken at any hour on +1 (786) 574-3081 for pickups across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties.
The Coconut Grove Arts Festival has been staged by the Coconut Grove Arts and Historical Association for more than six decades, with the 2027 edition marking its 63rd year. It is laid out on McFarlane Road, South Bayshore Drive and Pan American Drive, a stretch of the Grove that sits just south of downtown Miami and next to Biscayne Bay. Because the show fills those streets for three days of Presidents’ Day weekend, getting close by car takes planning, and the festival’s own guidance favours the Coconut Grove Metrorail station for people using transit. A chauffeured car is the private equivalent: dropped at the edge, collected on request, nothing to park.
An arts festival differs from a concert or a game in one practical way — people leave with things. A collector who buys a canvas in the afternoon wants it in a vehicle with space, ideally one whose driver is waiting nearby rather than one summoned from across the city. An SUV with the rear left clear, or a sedan held for the visit, handles that. For a gallery taking clients round, an art society, or a residents’ committee from up the coast, a Sprinter or mini-bus keeps the group on one schedule and the purchases on one vehicle for the ride home.
The festival’s holiday-weekend timing draws visitors who combine the show with a few days in Miami. Miami International is the nearest major airport, and a tracked pickup there can lead straight into a hotel transfer and then the festival days themselves, with a return to the terminal on the Monday evening or Tuesday. Bookings are handled by phone at any hour. To arrange transport for the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, call +1 (786) 574-3081 or email [email protected].
