These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of aurapalmlimo.com (the "Site"), operated by Aura Palm Limo. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. These Terms cover use of the Site and the submission of quote requests through it — they are separate from the specific terms of an actual transportation booking, which are confirmed directly with you (covering matters such as pricing, cancellation, gratuity and payment) once a booking is arranged.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Aura Palm's services and to submit a request for a transportation quote. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request and not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with its operation.

Quote requests are not a booking

Submitting a quote request through the Site does not create a reservation, contract or booking, and does not guarantee vehicle availability, a specific price, or a specific chauffeur. A booking is confirmed only once Aura Palm and you have agreed on the trip details, vehicle and pricing directly.

Availability and pricing

Vehicle availability and pricing depend on the date, time, route, vehicle class and current demand, and are confirmed individually for each request. Nothing on the Site should be read as a guaranteed rate for any specific trip.

Intellectual property

The content on the Site — including text, graphics, photography and the Aura Palm name and logo — is owned by or licensed to Aura Palm Limo and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission, except as necessary to view the Site in a standard web browser.

Prohibited use

You agree not to submit false or fraudulent information through the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems, or use automated means to scrape or submit requests through the Site at scale.

Third-party services

The Site may rely on third-party infrastructure providers (such as hosting and, where applicable, communications providers) to operate and to respond to quote requests. Aura Palm is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third-party services outside its reasonable control.

Limitation of liability

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aura Palm Limo disclaims liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Site, though nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
